Presentation at Cornell University’s Dairy Membrane Filtration, Concentration, and Separation Technology Workshop
Jeff Yeh, President of Synder Filtration, will be presenting at the Membrane Filtration, Concentration, and Separation Technology workshop from April 7th to 9th at Cornell University. This workshop aims at providing participants with in-depth knowledge of dairy processing techniques including sections on quality, food safety, and cleaning. This workshop also fulfills the core training requirement to receive the Cornell Dairy Foods Certificate for Membrane Filtration, Concentration, and Separation Technologies.
Mr. Yeh will expand on the importance of membrane filtration technology, and its growing role in the purification of bulk dairy products and development of nutraceutical, pharmaceutical grade, and value-added specialty products. He will also explain how membranes work and elaborate on how they can improve processing efficiency for manufacturers.
