Introducing Synder Filtration’s Technical Sales Team



Synder Filtration would like to introduce the new Technical Sales Team. They will be responsible for managing all customer accounts and providing the utmost level of technical support and membrane expertise.

We hope to exceed your expectations in providing high-quality filtration products for all of your specialty process applications.



    Troy Sharp leads sales and technical support for the Western U.S. at Synder Filtration. Troy has been with Synder since June of 2019. As a Technical Sales Engineer with Synder, he uses his expertise in membrane technology to connect customers with the right solutions to their process challenges and to troubleshoot membrane filtration-related issues. Prior to joining Synder, he worked at Hilmar Cheese Company, Dalhart, TX as an Ingredients Technical Coordinator. His background includes a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UC Davis.


    Christian Wingate leads Synder Filtration’s sales in the Northeastern US with an emphasis on pilot and commercial scale systems, particularly in the food and biotech industries. He is well-suited for his role as a Technical Sales Engineer, where his goal is to make membrane technology accessible to all audiences and provide exceptional technical support. He holds a B.S. in both Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from UC Davis.


    Lucas Sinnott is the newest member to the Technical Sales Engineering team at Synder Filtration. Prior to joining Synder this last September, Lucas gained automotive experience through working at the Tesla Gigafactory in Sparks, NV, as a Production Associate and Workstation Trainer. He also has experience working as a Diving Technician in Monterey Bay. His background includes a B.S. in Physics from the University of Nevada, Reno, where he played Division 1 football.


    Kim D’Costa oversees the Inside Sales Team and coordinates all marketing efforts including PR, website management, SEO/lead generation and social media outreach. Her previous experience as an R&D Technician and Product & Application Development Associate at Synder has contributed to her membrane knowledge and expertise over the years. She specializes in managing ECoat accounts throughout North America and Southeast Asia/India and provides support to both customers and the Outside Sales Team as needed. Kim holds a B.A. in Integrative Biology from UC Berkeley.


    Isabel Rushanaedy is Director of Technology & Process Development at Synder Filtration where she leads new product and application development as well as manages membrane production process improvement. With nearly 8 years of practical experience in membrane filtration, Isabel has been instrumental in overseeing the development and commercialization of new membrane products, from lab-scale modification to production scale-up, both internally and in conjunction with research groups worldwide.
